He earned a degree in Law with full marks from the University of Milan in 1999. His dissertation focused on criminal law.

He has been a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2002 and he has been listed in the special Register of Lawyers authorised to practise in the Court of Cassation since 2014.

His professional career began as an associate to attorney Carlo Gilli and, from 2008 to December 2013, he was a partner of the Gilli Associates Law Firm.

He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Milan Criminal Lawyers’ Association (Camera Penale di Milano) during the 2013–2015 term, as Secretary and Treasurer during the 2015–2017 term, and as President during the 2019–2023 term.

He served as a member of the Observatory on Defensive Investigations of the Italian Union of Criminal Chambers and of the Legislative Innovations Committee of the A. Marongiu Study Center. Since 2024, he has been a member of the Observatory on Judicial Information, Media and Criminal Justice of the Italian Union of Criminal Chambers.

Through his assistance and advisory work in criminal law, he has acquired specific experience in representing professionals and persons working in the corporate sector, as well as dealing with matters relating to the public administration.

As part of her academic activity, she has published several articles and participated in the drafting of procedural codes and comments, in addition to holding seminars and speaking at conferences.

She takes part, as a speaker, in conventions and masters on criminal matters and she is author of various publications in her specialist fields.

She is a member of the editorial board of the law review RGA Online.
