Avv. Roberto Losengo

He earned a degree in Law with full marks from the University of Milan in 1992. His dissertation focused on company and business law.

He has been a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 1996 and he has been listed in the special Register of Lawyers authorised to practise in the Court of Cassation since 2008.

Through his assistance and advisory work in criminal law, he has acquired specific experience dealing with the special laws governing industrial production, the marketing of goods and the provision of services, with a particular focus on environmental protection and occupational safety regulations, as well as professional and corporate liability, with a focus on relations with public administrations.

He teaches in collaboration with the Council of the Bar Association and the Criminal Lawyers Association of Milan (Camera Penale di Milano), the Metropolitan City of Milan and other public and university institutions.

He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Rivista Giuridica dell’Ambiente, the Editorial Committee of Lexambiente – Quarterly Review of Environmental Criminal Law, and the Steering Committee of RGA On Line. He is also the author of numerous publications in his specialist fields.

Avv. Andrea Soliani

He earned a degree in Law with full marks from the University of Milan in 1999. His dissertation focused on criminal law.

He has been a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2002 and he has been listed in the special Register of Lawyers authorised to practise in the Court of Cassation since 2014.

His professional career began as an associate to attorney Carlo Gilli and, from 2008 to December 2013, he was a partner of the Gilli Associates Law Firm.

He was a member of the steering committee of the Criminal Lawyers Association of Milan (Camera Penale di Milano) from 2013 to 2015, Secretary and Treasurer from 2015 to 2017, and was elected President on 8 October 2019.

He has been a member of the Italian Criminal Lawyers Association’s Defence Investigations Observatory and is currently head of the Legislative Innovations Commission of the A. Marongiu Research Centre.

Through his assistance and advisory work in criminal law, he has acquired specific experience in representing professionals and persons working in the corporate sector, as well as dealing with matters relating to the public administration.

His focus is on criminal law in the areas of bankruptcy, tax, occupational safety and medical malpractice.

Avv. Elena Manfredini

She earned a degree in Law with full marks from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 1992. Her dissertation focused on criminal procedure.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 1997 and she has been listed in the special Register of Lawyers authorised to practise in the Court of Cassation since 2010.

She carried out her professional activity at the Perla Sciretti Law Firm until December 2004 and at the Gilli Associates Law Firm until December 2013.

In 2001, she received a PhD in domestic, international and comparative criminal procedural law from the University of Urbino. The title of her thesis was “Succession of criminal procedural laws and summary trial”.

She collaborated with the chair of criminal procedure at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, under the coordination of Prof. Angelo Giarda.

As part of her academic activity, she has published several articles and participated in the drafting of procedural codes and comments, in addition to holding seminars and speaking at conferences.

Her focus is on criminal law in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate, tax, occupational safety, medical malpractice and the protection of persons.

Avv. Elisa Marini

She earned a Law degree with full marks from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2010. Her dissertation focused on criminal law.

Member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2013.

In 2016 she earned a second-level Masters with full marks in Criminal Corporate Law (MiDPI – 2015/2016 academic year) from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.

Throughout her career, she has mainly focused on issues involving special corporate law, with particular reference to the area of criminal environmental, tax, bankruptcy and occupational injury law, as well as crimes against the public administration and the administrative liability of entities for crimes, assisting individuals and legal entities both in and out of court.

She takes part, as a speaker, in conventions and masters on criminal matters and she is author of various publications in her specialist fields.

She is a member of the editorial board of the law review RGA Online.

Avv. Manuela Costanza Geremia

She earned a degree in Law with honuors from the University of Milan in 2011, completing her studies one year early. Her dissertation was on civil procedural law.

In 2013 she received a diploma from the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions of the University of Milan, Bicocca and Insubria. During the two-year specialisation programme, she received a scholarship in which she was first in the performance ranking of qualified candidates.

From 2011 to 2013, she was an associate of the Gilli Associates Law Firm where she focused on issues concerning professionals and companies.

Member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2014.

In 2019 she obtained a diploma from the National School of Advanced Training for Criminal Lawyers, organised by the Union of Italian Criminal Lawyers Association, and was awarded the Andrea Antonelli Memorial Scholarship by the Criminal Lawyers Association of Milan.

She is on the Management Committee of the two-year Course on Procedure and Professional Ethics for Criminal Defence Lawyers to become qualified to act as Assigned Counsel, as well as on the Sub-committee for Assigned Counsel appointed by the Council of the Bar Association of Milan.

She teaches criminal law and criminal procedure in the Intensive practical courses given in preparation for the first and second oral examinations of the Bar exam and in the Compulsory course for trainee lawyers, organised by the Milan Law Foundation, the Milan Bar Association and the Milan Law School.

She takes part, as a speaker, in conventions and masters on criminal matters.

Avv. Vincenzo Morgioni

He earned a degree in Law with honours from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2014. His dissertation on criminal law was entitled “Financial Economics and Criminal Law: Market Protection and Investor Protection”, with the Distinguished Professor Luciano Eusebi as his mentor.

In the same year, he was awarded the “Lodovico Isolabella della Croce” Scholarship which covered the full cost of tuition of the second level Master’s Degree in Criminal Corporate Law (MiDPI) organised by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, which he subsequently completed in 2015.

He collaborated in academic activities with the Chair of Criminal Law II (Prof. Luciano Eusebi) until 2015.

Member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2018.

He joined the Losengo Soliani Associated Law Firm in November 2018.

Throughout his professional career, he has mainly focused on assisting individuals and legal entities in cases involving crimes against the Public Administration, as well as in corporate, financial, bankruptcy, tax and environmental matters.

He has taught courses dealing with cyber crime and is a contributing author of papers and articles published in specialist journals.

He earned a degree in Law with full marks from the University of Milan in 2013. His dissertation focused on criminal company and business law.

During his university studies, he focused on the study of criminal disciplines through his participation in seminars and educational programmes organised by the University.

Avv. Giulia Montanara

She earned a degree in Law with full marks from Bocconi University of Milan in December 2016. Her dissertation focused on criminal procedural law.

She took part in an exchange programme at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 2015.

In 2016 she worked as an intern for three months at the Milan offices of Baker McKenzie.

She joined the Losengo Soliani Associated Law Firm in April 2017.

She earned a degree in Law with honours from the University of Trento in 2019. Her dissertation was on prison law.

In 2016 she participated in the Erasmus+ programme at the University of Rijeka.

In 2018, she worked as an intern for three months in the cultural and commercial offices of the Italian Embassy in Hanoi.

She joined Losengo Soliani Associated Law Firm in November 2019.

She earned a degree in Law with full marks from Università degli Studi of Milan in January 2020, with a final dissertation in Constitutional Justice.

In 2019 she attended a summer school in corporate finance law at the London School of Economics (London).

In 2020 she attended the second level Master’s Degree in Criminal Corporate Law (MiDPI) organised by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

From November 2019 until April 2020 she collaborated with the life sciences’department of a primary Law Firm in Milan, dealing with corporate, regulatory and complianceissues.

She joined Losengo Soliani Associated Law Firm in May 2020.

Dott.ssa Alessia Falcitelli

She earned a degree in Law with honours from the University of Milan in March 2022. Her dissertation focused on criminal law.

In 2021 she participated in the Erasmus+ program at the University of the Basque Country.

Since 2019, she has been tutoring at the University campus established at the penitentiary institute of Milano Bollate, providing support and assistance to students confined in the institution.

She participates in the activities of the Legal office of the Antigone association by offering para-legal assistance to individuals confined in national prisons.

She joined Losengo Soliani Associated Law Firm in February 2023.
